Please visit our office to get details about the payments as it varies from university to another. This consultancy fee will not be refunded in case if a student after submitting his application form later on decides not to seek admission for whatever the reason

1. To receive the candidate at the Minsk Airport with university representative.
2. To provide transport from the airport to the Respective State University.
3. To provide  Sri Lankan meal on arrival.
4. To provide furnished accommodation in the hostel.( Dr Liyanage will guide and assist the student from Minsk to the respective university to complete admission procedure and ensure safe accommodation)
5. To provide a five minute telephone call to Sri Lanka.

9. Our team in Belarus the Sri Lankan doctors will guide & supervise the students throughout the course in Belarus & parents will be linked to them to get any information

Mediline Study Medicine will select the applicant on the basis of terms and conditions, which are dictated by the Respective State University, Belarus Government, Sri Lankan Government and the Medical Council of Sri Lanka.

Applicant should fill an application form provided by Mediline Study Medicine.

Applicant’s Parent or Guardian has to fill an undertaking form provided by Mediline Study Medicine.

Within 30 days Mediline Study Medicine will provide the applicant with admission letter from the Respective State University. Mediline Study Medicine will then help in fulfilling the requirements for applying for student’s entry visa from Belarus Embassy / Immigration office in Minsk Airport Belarus. A list of necessary items, taken along to Belarus, will be given to the candidate. He will prepare himself for the journey, according to this list, which plays an outline to explain what to carry and what not to take along. A paper, explaining what to do at airport, will also be given to the candidate. The student will then be provided with an air ticket for journey of Colombo – Minsk following the payments.

The students will fly to Minsk in batches. On arrival at Minsk Airport University representative and Mediline Study Medicine representative will receive them.  Once all the documentation process is completed in the airport the student will be provided with a 5-minute telephone call to Sri Lanka. Then they will travel to Respective State University with Mediline Study Medicine representative. Mediline Study Medicine will provide the transportation. On reaching the hostel they will be provided with  Sri Lankan meal. The student will immediately be provided with a room. The rooms in the hostels are two and three bedded and fully furnished.Students will start attending classes within a short period, after completion of all the admission formalities.
